These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are the rules that govern your use of this website and your interactions with Helvetic Bridge Sagl as a visitor, prospective client, or business partner. By browsing this site or contacting us through it, you're agreeing to these Terms.

Helvetic Bridge is a commercial representation and trade agency, based in Lugano, Switzerland. We introduce and sell products from the companies we represent into new markets, and this website exists to present our work and let visitors reach out to us; it doesn't process payments or run an online store, so these Terms are written for an informational, relationship-driven site rather than an e-commerce one.

In short, these Terms cover: who can use this website and how; the non-binding nature of enquiries, quotes, and proposals made through it (nothing is final until confirmed in a signed agreement); how intellectual property; ours and that of the companies we represent, is protected; the limits of our liability for information published here; and how any dispute would be handled under Swiss law.

These Terms apply specifically to Helvetic Bridge and this website. They don't cover the individual representation or distribution agreements we hold with the companies whose products we bring to market, those are governed separately, by their own contracts.

  • Governing law — these Terms are governed by Swiss law, with disputes subject to the courts of Lugano, Ticino.
